That's right - this is as good as it gets in my book! \r \r I bought a BMW that had been traded in on a new Lexus here in May, 2010. I thought I was just looking until I experienced something I had not yet experienced in buying a car... A car sales person who did not try to ""sell"" me a car. Jeffrey Mitchell is his name and I am still impressed with how professional he was. I can say without a doubt this was the best car buying experience of my 50+ years on this planet.\r \r I was in San Francisco on business and just stopped by to look at a BMW trade in after talking with Jeff on the phone. He had the car ready and allowed me take my time - no sales talk. We went on a test drive and - no sales talk. I kept waiting for the pitch but it never came - Jeff was giving me time to enjoy the drive and think about the car.\r \r We got back to Lexus of Marin and talked about actually buying the car. I liked the atmosphere, the no pressure feeling, and shot a price. Jeff came back with a number we could both live with and accepted my conditions on the sale.\r \r I live a thousand miles away from Lexus of Marin so I had some concerns on the long distance purchase. Jeff lived up to every stipulation I put on the transaction and ensured I was satisfied with the end result. He communicated on a regular basis and also did several complete follow up communications. A true professional in every one of our exchanges.\r \r Lexus of Main appears to be a high quality dealer with a good staff. Jeffrey Mitchell is the reason I'm driving a cherry BMW now. When i need service done on my multiple Lexus, I always take it to Bryon at Lexus of Marin. He is the most polite, alert and attentive advisor in the service department. I recently purchase a 2008 es 350 and had an excellent experience!!\r \r We had a test drive initially and returned a few weeks later to purchase the car. We checked the internet and several other Lexus dealership and this was by far the very best. deal in every way. Jason was our salesperson and he was very professional and thorough throughout the whole transaction. He was especially patient and took a lot of time explaining how everything worked. This was very helpful as we had not purchased a car in many years and we were not familiar with all the new technology.\r \r In addition he followed up several days after the purchase to see if we needed anything. I've been bringing my 1997 SC400 here for maybe two years and have always been happy w/ the way I've been treated. I used to take it to another dealer when I was working because it was more convenient to Vallejo, but I never felt particularly good about them. Then I discovered these guys were open for service on Saturdays and I switched to them. They're closer to my home and Alan and I have Marin lunch dates when my car's being serviced. My service adviser today and the first time I brought it in was Andy. He's been terrific. I've also been well treated by the two other service advisers I've dealt w/ on other occasions. I've never felt hustled or overcharged. We explored flushing the transmission several months ago and they advised against it. My car is ready when promised and they always wash it, so it looks gorgeous. The last couple of times I was here an older man, once an employee, the other time a customer, stopped by as I was picking it up to admire it and engage me in conversation about it. I love that. more

I went in to have an ipod feature, otherwise known as the LexPod, installed. Because the installation was going to take more than two hours, the dealership gave me a loaner car which I wasn't expecting. And after the installation they washed my car which I have to admit it needed. \r Also worth mentioning that in the courtesy lounge they had donuts and free wireless Internet access. Nice touches. more

Jeff sold me a 2010 GX460 this week. I want to recommend him to anyone looking for a luxury SUV. He spent 2 hours with us on delivery teaching us how to use the features of the car. After I forgot to give the dealer something that belonged in my trade in, he drove an hour to Santa Rosa to pick it up that night and then spent another hour programming my complicated garage door opener after he arrived. He then showed me how to download Pandora internet radio to my blackberry so I could play it through the bluetooth feature on the new rig. Excellent service...hard to find these days. more

I am a strong supporter and avid customer of the Lexus Team. Myself as well as everyone else i know has nothing but good things to say about the place. Service is always on top of everything...especially their tremendous team of hard working porters. Thier service advisors are extremely friendly and are able to and willing to help you with whatever you need. The service manager is excellent, and keeps the department running smoothly. Inside is phenominal. I feel like i am at home in my living room with the plasma screen with HD channels as well as countless amounts of refreshments and delicious muffins. The secretaries are very helpful as well as easy to look at. The Parts Boutique has much to offer from left blinker lights to tire screws to a wonderful apparel of jackets, sweaters and shirts. And last...sales is simply extraordinary and unexpectantly genuine. more

Mitch is the internet sales manager. Shopped most of the dealers in the Bay Area and he was the most straightforward and easy to deal with. Gave me a great price up-front and kept to his word. The car was ready when I got there and it was perfect! Silver/Black IS250 with navigation. I love it! They even wash my car without an appointment whenever I am in the neighborhood. The general manager id Bill. He came out to thank me also. The people in finance were not pushy or slimy at all! Nice lounge with big screen tv too!Highly reccomend! more

i really wanted to write a good review because these guys went above and beyond what i ever would have received from any other auto dealer. i actually bought an 04 passat from them, not a lexus. my dad has always had wonderful experiences getting his car fixed here, so we called them on a whim and they just happened to have something in my price range. i had recently been in a very serious car accident that nearly killed me and completely totaled my car and i dreaded having to buy a new car because i knew i would never get anything satisfying in my price range. not only did they give me a better price than what other dealers listed for the same car with more miles, but they also made MANY costly repairs to the car free of charge. this was the first car i've bought, so i don't have much experience, but i think it went better then it would have anywhere else. i felt really good about my purchase and i felt that everyone who helped me was very sincere and genuine. hopefully one day i can come buy a lexus from them! :] and i love that my passat is swagged out with lexus stuff! haha more
