i really wanted to write a good review because these guys went above and beyond what i ever would have received from any other auto dealer. i actually bought an 04 passat from them, not a lexus. my dad has always had wonderful experiences getting his car fixed here, so we called them on a whim and they just happened to have something in my price range. i had recently been in a very serious car accident that nearly killed me and completely totaled my car and i dreaded having to buy a new car because i knew i would never get anything satisfying in my price range. not only did they give me a better price than what other dealers listed for the same car with more miles, but they also made MANY costly repairs to the car free of charge. this was the first car i've bought, so i don't have much experience, but i think it went better then it would have anywhere else. i felt really good about my purchase and i felt that everyone who helped me was very sincere and genuine. hopefully one day i can come buy a lexus from them! :] and i love that my passat is swagged out with lexus stuff! haha
