I was in the market for a family vehicle and looked at thousands of cars online. I received timely and courteous response from the team at Lexus of Rockville. When I came in I was placed in the care of Shawn and his team, they definitely took care of us. I know it's clich? to say my experience with them was how car buying should be, but that's the truth. I was in a relaxed atmosphere and always felt as if I was among friends and had no sales pressure. They were the perfect blend of professional and personal and they erased all the anxiety my wife and I anticipated in the car buying process. Lexus of Rockville gets my highest recommendation to family, friends and even online. more

The customer service to date from Lexus of Rockville and specifically, my salesperson, Leo Inglesby, the Finance Manager Christine Kim, and General Manager, Don Nickles has been outstanding. Both Leo and Don have contacted me on several occassions to provide updates on the recall issue and have been extremely professional in their handling of a very difficulty and embarrassing issue. I believe that this issue will be resolved and that my family and I will continue to be extremely proud of our 2010 GX460 and very loyol customer of both the Lexus brand and Lexus of Rockville. more

Talk about one dealership that has totally revamped their customer service over the past few years. Used to use them to service a previous Lexus and the service was only so-so. Truly an excellent experience nowadays though, the best out of the Lexus dealers I've used to service my car. Service is always done quickly, and they're always respectful of my admittedly nitpicky requirements about how my car is treated while its there. Tony is great, and is one of the two service advisors I've ever met that I trust to give me straight information about what needs to be done and what can wait. Always plenty of clean gassed up loaners ready to go too. Came to Rockville after Silver Spring damaged my car twice in a row while it was in for service. Working with Tony and Lexus of Rockville makes servicing my other car (A Toyota Prius) at Toyota a real ""slumming it"" experience. more

best shopping experience ever 7/26/2011

I just wanted to say that I had the best shopping experience ever, when I first purchased my first Lexus this past June.The staff at Lexus of Rockville were very helpful, very friendly and the service department is huge, I didn't have to wait too long for my maintenance, usually it takes hours to wait and one of the best things I liked was the cookies and the coffee they serve. I've been always happy with their service and I highly recommend them to all my friends and family. more

This was the best overall experience, I've ever had in a car purchase. There was not pressure and nothing but complete honesty from the Internet sales rep. She was very patient and was very straight forward with me. I would definitely purchase from here again. They provided me and my family food and refreshments as our documents were being prepared. The entire experience was brief and accurate. more

Angel, new car salesperson helped me with what type of a vehicle I was looking for and Aeli was quick withy all my paperwork that I was finished within 2 hours. more

Went to look at a new 2010 RX 350. Dealt with Willie Savage and the service was great so I ended up going back to get the car - much better than the one in Silver Spring. Actually the best service of all of the BMW/Mercedes and Lexus stores I have been to. Got a great discount almost 4000 off! more

""I was referred to Lexus of Rockville by a colleague after a horrible experience at Lindsay Lexus in Alexandria. I was shopping for a good deal on a 2010 RX350 AWD and started my search at my local dealer, Lindsay Lexus. While the salesperson was friendly and somewhat knowledgeable, the management was rude and deceptive. The sales manager had offered a fair price one evening, but then the next day when I was ready to complete the deal he denied that he ever offered me that price. When I confronted him about it and tried to walk out the door, he came chasing after me and admitted he lied. I was hoping we could put that behind us, but the terrible customer service continued as they tried to talk me out of ordering the vehicle with the options I wanted, and then would not even match the price of the other local dealers. Unlike Lexus of Rockville, Lindsay also adds on all sorts of fees for advertising and processing, and a local tax which the customer is not required by law to pay. After several unproductive visits to Lindsay, I finally gave up and called Leo Ingelsby and Bernie Kitts at Lexus of Rockville. I initially contacted them through their website, and they already gave me a fair price quote just over the phone (which beat Lindsay), but were open to further negotiations once I visited the showroom. I am pleased to report that the experience at Lexus of Rockville was completely the opposite of my experience at Lindsay. It was a pleasure to work with the internet sales manager Bernie and his sales associate Leo, and we very quickly came to an agreement on the price and put in the order exactly to my specifications on my first visit. When the vehicle was delivered I met with the finance manager, Aeli Menedez, who was able to get a better loan rate for me than I had secured through my credit union. All through the process the staff was friendly and helpful, and I got the vehicle I wanted at a great price. The facilities were also fantastic, as the showroom is spacious and clean and even contains a lounge with a little cafe where they'll make you an espresso while you wait. This is the type of service I would expect from a luxury brand like Lexus, and I will certainly refer any family, friends or colleagues to Lexus of Rockville in the future."" more

Over the years I have purchased a large number of cars from Lexus of Rockville and would not think of going anywhere else for my automobile needs. My most recent purchase, a Lexus GX460, was smooth and pleasant. Furthermore, all of my past purchases at Lexus of Rockville (and those of my family) have been A+ experiences as well. I am taking the time to write this review because I know that automobile purchases in this country are often sources of stress for buyers when they need not be. It all depends on how the dealer treats you. In my experience, Don Nickles and his team always treat customers with respect and focus on customer service, fair price and excellent value. With regard to my purchases, I have dealt most often with Moe Nagaria and Bernie Kitts. Moe treats his customers like family and Bernie brings his knowledge of the great Lexus technology to the customer in a manner that is helpful and sound. Whether I am buying a car or having it serviced, I find the staff to be friendly and the customer service and post sale support to be second to none. There is no pressure at this dealership and my experience has always been one of professionalism and respect. That is what I demand as a customer and I very much appreciate receiving it at Lexus of Rockville. I am fortunate to have been able to purchase many brands of cars over the years from a lot of dealers. Suffice it to say that I am now loyal to Lexus as a brand and Lexus of Rockville as a dealership. I intend to return to Lexus of Rockville for sales and service in the coming years. I highly recommend them to my family and friends and will continue to do so. more

Sales team was phenomenal 6/21/2011

I purchased a 2010 HS250 the sales team was phenomenal when I got to the dealership everything was ready there cafe area is great I had a cappuccino and 3 cookies. I was there for a total of 2 hours. I love my HS250 I wouldn't trade this car for anything. Lexus of Rockville rocks. more
