The customer service to date from Lexus of Rockville and specifically, my salesperson, Leo Inglesby, the Finance Manager Christine Kim, and General Manager, Don Nickles has been outstanding. Both Leo and Don have contacted me on several occassions to provide updates on the recall issue and have been extremely professional in their handling of a very difficulty and embarrassing issue. I believe that this issue will be resolved and that my family and I will continue to be extremely proud of our 2010 GX460 and very loyol customer of both the Lexus brand and Lexus of Rockville. more
