I am always impressed with Lex Techs service techs. I deliver my vehicle and get it returned at the anticipated time frame. These guys are the best. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

All the folks at LexTech are great at communicating the issues and possible costs. They follow up to keep you updated on the progress of your repair and frequently the costs come in under the estimate. Really they are a joy to work with. more

I had yet another great experience with LexTechs recently when I needed routine oil change and new brake pads. I trust them to be honest in what needs to be repaired and fair on the prices they quote for those repairs. I wouldn't take my Lexus anywhere else!! more

Your honesty on what is truly necessary and the careful explanations of our car's issues have always been appreciated. You were honest today about the seriously expensive repairs needed to keep an old vehicle going. We ran out and bought a Toyota Highlander this afternoon. Excited thinking that considering Toyota and Lexus are related, we can continue to be your customers. You were great with our clunker. Now we have a better automobile to service! I was able to drop my car off ahead of my appointment, had a diagnosis within a few hours, a quote and resolution and picked my car up end of the day. They even added air to my tires :) .. They are great! more

Top Notch Service - IS250 6/15/2016

As always LexTechs met my expectations. I called to schedule my 60K service and to have my brakes looked at. I requested a loaner vehicle for that day and the process to get that was simple and efficient. They found the issue with my brakes and didn't try and fix anything that didn't need attention. The staff is super awesome and knowledgeable. Even though I spent a little over $1,000.00, it sure beat going to the dealership where I my quote was almost double that for the exact same services. Thanks for always making my visits pleasant. :) more

Always fabulous. 6/15/2016

I had a last minute repair that needed to be done to my car and they got me in quickly. I knew an hour before my appointment that I would be late, so I called ahead and it ended up not being a problem. They got me in and out in 20 minutes instead of the hour that was previously estimated. Love these guys so much! more

They Nail It Every Time 6/15/2016

I've taken my car in to LexTechs many times, and I've never had less than a 5 star experience. Not just because they fix my car correctly and quickly - that's my expectation (although a lot of car repair places don't). But because they're friendly and professional - they know me by name, they do what they say they're going to do, they explain everything in a way a non-mechanic can understand, and they go the extra mile to make it easy for me to drop off and pick up my car. I trust LexTechs and never feel like they're trying to sell me a service I don't need. more

Top notch 6/12/2016

Made an appointment 4 days out. Did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and for the price quoted. They let us know about an extra item, an air filter needing replacement, but no hard sell. Friendly, but not 'all in your business' friendly. Definitely will go back. more

Chad and his team fixed what I needed done at no charge but also found that my brakes were in much need of replacing. They did the job in a couple of hours! more
