I am always impressed with Lex Techs service techs. I deliver my vehicle and get it returned at the anticipated time frame. These guys are the best. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Topnotch Service 9/19/2016

Unlike my previous service provider, this is a very professional and business-like operation. No nonsense, no idle time-wasting chatter by the loquacious boss who would then look out the window at the lot 45 minutes later and say "Oops, we forgot to bring your car in." These guys are on time and on target. And very cooperative too--if your original appointment time becomes unworkable, they will work with you pleasantly and courteously to work out another option. more

I've been going to LexTechs since a tow truck driver referred me. I want purchase anything other than a Lexus or Toyota simply bc I want take make car anywhere else for service. 1 million times recomemeded. more

Solid service, timely communication and consistent results 9/14/2016

While paying for repairs is no fun, I appreciate a place where they tell you the truth and fix it right the first time. A rare commodity these days. Too often I have felt taken advantage of by car repair places that seem to have a turnstile philosophy but these folks seem to have a different operating philosophy and I appreciate that immensely. I like that they know who I am and that when they say they will get the work done....they do. It's a first-rate operation. How good? I'd buy another Lexus, maybe even from them, just so I could have them do the service rather than going somewhere else. more

Quality work, quality people. Wish they did tire work. 9/10/2016

Brought my 05 RX330 in for a 5,000 mile service and strut replacement. However, thanks to the awesome team at LexTechs a few more serious issues were discovered that I was unaware of. Yes, that was a lot more money spent on the repair, but I would rather pay more for repairs than be stranded on the side of the road. LexTechs had my car for a week and I had mistakenly left my RayBan sunglasses and some medicine in the car. When I picked my RX up a week later, my RayBans and my meds were right where I left them, untouched. I know now that they are trustworthy under the hood and also with my belongings. The ONLY reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because they do not do tire work (tires, balancing, alignments, etc.). It's a little inconvenient having to go elsewhere for that work. Otherwise, LexTechs, y'all are the best! more

I love LexTechs. They are honest and trustworthy. Extremely nice staff. Will go through everything they are doing to your car in detail. They also will fix anything that may not be exactly correct free of charge to you if they did the original work. Extremely friendly staff and they also offer loaner cars. LOVE taking my car to them in the unfortunate times it needs work. I HIGHLY recommend them! They've taken excelling care of my RX 330. more
