I started bringing my old RX300 to you all for service 9 years ago and couldn't believe the difference in the cost for both repairs and maintenance compared to the dealer. Now with a 2011 CT200h, after a few years of service at the dealer, post recession I felt I needed watch my budget a bit more closely and began using you all again. OK, so I lost a car wash and vacuuming. But what I gained was trustworthy and top notch maintenance, complimentary battery replacement for my keys, efficient service, great wifi and a good workspace, and the pleasure of aligning with professionals who care about the job they do.
