DO NOT ever rent from these people! The apartments are outdated, filthy and some I viewed were unsafe! They actually rented out from under us the apartment we secured on our first 10 hour drive there and we were forced because of time constraints to choose another less updated one for the same rent and another 10 hour drive! So unprofessional and rude, and they will completely rip you off when you move out. RUN AWAY! more

I called to reserve a storage unit and asked for directions and a cross street. The woman who answered said there were no cross streets. She said it was between Wal-Mart and Rosauers on Thain. I again asked what the cross street was because I was unfamiliar with the area but was on Thain and had a map. She again told me there were no cross streets. (FYI It is just north of Bryden and Thain on the CORNER of Park and Thain!!!!) Took me 15 minutes to find it based on the horrible directions since Rosauers was already behind me but I had no idea it was. When I got there, the unit that was available 15 minutes ago was never available. The ladies spent 20 minutes trying to figure out what was available but the only comparable unit was $20 more! For my trouble they said the owner of the storage would knock off $15. Also, they do not even take credit/debit cards for automatic payment, you have to use a check!! Apparently they have yet to join the 21st Century. Horrible experience. I will be mailing my payment so I never have to deal with them directly again! The two other reviews are obviously written by people who have had bad experiences. I have rented from Lewis Clark Property Management for four years. Every time I have needed a repair, it has been taken care of within 48 hours. My rent is going up this January, but that is the first rent increase in four years, and they notived me of the increase four months ago so I would be prepared. more

This company is the worse company you caould ever rent from. They do not do their job at all. I have several repairs that have needed to be done for several months now that Lewis-Clark Property Management has failed to take care of. I do not recommend anyone rent from them. Pros: There is nothing good to say about this property. Cons: It's over priced and run down. more

This rental company does not improve or repair things in a timely manner. They raise the rent even though their service does not improve. People would be better off renting from a private individual rather than this company. This company does not complete tasks that the owners of the properties request. Pros: The property we are in is nice. Cons: The company does not fix things in a timely manner. more
