Stay away from Leslie Heating & Cooling!! They sold me and installed a new Amana/Goodman Furnace & outside AC unit in October 2009 in my home. They have inspected it twice a year ...

Review of Leslie's tech, Dan. 8/12/2018

Lauren called us to set up apptmt. she was efficient and helpful. Dan Neill, the tech called the morning of the appointment and told us when to expect him. We like to know when someone is on their way. Dan was a knowledgable tech, told me what he was going to do in this visit. He wore shoe covers. Dan explained options available to us for better heat and a.c. circulation. He told us about the division of labor between Precision Plumbing and Leslie Heating and Cooling. He explained the payment per month and that we can discontinue any time. He gave us a folder and brochure. He wrote and posted the date of the filter change so that we know approx. when to replace the filter. The way he explained about the vents we knew he was experienced. Thank you, Dan. more

Recently we had Justin H from Leslie come over to check out a problem we were having with our heating system. Leslie has not taken over the heating and cooling portion of Precision Plumbing and Heating. We have had work done by them for years, and now Leslie will handle the heating and cooling side while Precision deals with plumbing issues. So that is how we met Justin. We find he is as pleasant and knowledgeable as the staff from Precision was over the years. It seemed we had a dusty/corroded relay which he diagnosed and fixed for us. And Leslie continues the senior discounts we enjoyed through Precision and they even have a members discount too for a small monthly service fee. We found the service contract well worth it when it comes to needed home repairs. Thank you Leslie Heating & Cooling. you have a satisfied customer in us! Justin H. more

First Time Using This New Business 4/29/2018

Leslie Heating and Cooling has partner with Precision Plumbing. They now are doing the heating/air conditioning service and this was my first service call. I have always been pleased with Precision, their technicians, and their service. Yesterday Justin H. came over for a problem that developed with our furnace - a new model Lennox that Precision installed less than 2 years ago. Justin was able to diagnose the problem and take care of it - a dirty/corroded relay. He was pleasant and explained what was going on. I am happy that Leslie Heating & Cooling will be taking care of this portion of my home concerns. It is obvious their workers are as gifted as I have found Precision for all these years. And they also continue the senior discount that I am used to and yearly service contract which helps with savings! They will be arranging to check out my air conditioning before summer starts and later come for the fall check of my furnace system. Thank you Leslie for you good work and your good technicians! more

Much thanks for the great service from Leslie Heating and Cooling. Had gotten some estimates, yet none were as thorough and precise as Mike. He measured and advised my on a new furnace and gave me 3 options to choose from. Installation guys were great and showed me their work before they left. Leslie for sure was the most professional and made me feel comfortable as they were very non-pressure as far as me making my decision. Thanks Leslie heating and cooling!! more
