Uh, Hello. You didn't buy your tires from Les Schwab Tires and you want them to treat them like their own? Look...the prices quoted at Les Schwab Tires are for their tires, which includes the service, rotating, etc...Why should they honor someone else's tire warranty. They have there own warranty and they want to stay in business. Try refilling your McDonald's fountain soda pop at Burger King. Would also give Burger King a bad review for refusing. You are not entitled to your every whim just because you think it is what should be done. I have always been treated fair at Les Schwab Tires, even when I am not totally deserving of it. more

i have some tires that i bought from them and they said that they were not from them and i just needed a patch on a popped tire they charged me 21$ even though i showed them a recent from when i got them and also they told me it was going to be free because they were from their company that just does not make any sense at all!!! So so bad sneaky service idk why we have a bad company in town.... There are other places that have nice tires for alot less that do everyrhing when u buy them there it is free so im not buying from them no more.... more

I went into Les Schwab last week to get my tires rotated like I have for the last 10+ years. After only 8 minutes they said it was done and said "you owe $47" I replied with "What I have never paid to have this done before?" "Well you should have your tires didn't come from us" "well they are the originals and I always buy from you when I need new ones" "doesn't matter you still have to pay until you so buy new ones" "Ihave never paid before and I come in several times a year to have them rotated" "doesn't matter, will you be paying cash or credit?" "Cash and I won't ever be returning to purchase anything from you" So let's see they charge me $47 for a service that took less than $10. No prices were quoted before hand and had I know I would be charged I would never have gone there cause my service station will do it for $16 and I trust them a lot more than Les Schwab! more

Their service is fine. The wait can be long at times though, they sometimes dont have the quickest service. Prices are good. The people are always nice and helpful. Good location and easy to find. They offer free rotation and balance with the purchase of their tires. more
