Businiess name:  Les Schwab
Review by:  Jamie D.
Review content:
I went into Les Schwab last week to get my tires rotated like I have for the last 10+ years. After only 8 minutes they said it was done and said "you owe $47" I replied with "What I have never paid to have this done before?" "Well you should have your tires didn't come from us" "well they are the originals and I always buy from you when I need new ones" "doesn't matter you still have to pay until you so buy new ones" "Ihave never paid before and I come in several times a year to have them rotated" "doesn't matter, will you be paying cash or credit?" "Cash and I won't ever be returning to purchase anything from you" So let's see they charge me $47 for a service that took less than $10. No prices were quoted before hand and had I know I would be charged I would never have gone there cause my service station will do it for $16 and I trust them a lot more than Les Schwab!
