Greeeeeat Service. I just did a large vehicle recyling job and these guys were top notch in helping me prepare each vehicle. I had to load some box vans on my flatbed and had no way of breaking the lug nuts loose. I stopped by and they took care of it at no charge. I later had to dismount the tires and I was able to leave them and just pick them up in a day or two. They never complained and the charge was minumal more

Fantastic service: PERIOD! I got a flat fixed there last year, just because it was closest. Was then utterly shocked when they fixed it free! Got a flyer in the mail about getting $100 off, so I stopped by...really just to get a quote. Was horrified at the price of tires, but he calmly explained the various price increases over the years (since my last tire purchase). I still thought I should shop around. Then my 16yr old daughter had her first car accident. We all knew THAT was coming! No one got hurt, but her tire was flat. Worse, I couldn't really take care of it. BUT, I sent her to Les Schwab; where they again fixed it for free. Right then and there, I decided that it wasn't worth me spending an afternoon calling 10 tire places looking for prices. They take care of me...and my family! They are my tire shop...permanently! more

Very disappointing today. I brought my car in to check on a tire that seemed to be losing air and also asked if they could rotate the tires. They told me the wait would be 45 minutes to an hour. After an hour I asked if there was a problem because it had been sitting in a bay for some time, and each time I looked I didn't see anyone attending to it. I also noticed that people who came in after me had left long before me. They checked and came back and told me the person who started working on it left for lunch and didn't let anyone know to take it over to complete it. Had I not asked I would have been there more than two hours. more
