Very disappointing today. I brought my car in to check on a tire that seemed to be losing air and also asked if they could rotate the tires. They told me the wait would be 45 minutes to an hour. After an hour I asked if there was a problem because it had been sitting in a bay for some time, and each time I looked I didn't see anyone attending to it. I also noticed that people who came in after me had left long before me. They checked and came back and told me the person who started working on it left for lunch and didn't let anyone know to take it over to complete it. Had I not asked I would have been there more than two hours.
