Les Schwab Tire Center

Although I do not prefer Les Schwab Tire in general, the place has its positives and negatives. I had a set of tires bought for me about two years ago from this location. I was not impressed with how long it took to install the tires, and I was unable to make an appointment, because it was for the next day and they were extremely busy. I understood at the time, and showed up the next day, tires already paid for, dropped the keys off, and was told I could come back in a few hours. I wasn't able to leave, so I went next door and had a beer. A few hours later, my car hadn't been started. Total time was about 5-6 hours...but the kick is that it wasn't as busy as previously stated, and i get the feeling my car had been forgotten about, and I wasn't told, either that actually had to produce the tires beforehand. Thats the bad. The good thing is, I have had many flat tires over the years, and due to the fact that Les Schwab is everywhere out here, I was always able to easily get it repaired f more

We helped a family friend drop his car off at this location. He had scheduled an early morning appointment and had arranged to drop his keys off in a lock box so they could work on the car without him being there. He also gave them his credit card information over the phone.\r \r Around 3:00 PM the next day, he called to see if his car was done. They stated that he had been a no-show for his appointment. He asked if he needed to call the police about a stolen car. They "found" the car in the parking lot and immediately started working on it.\r \r He requested that they leave the receipt and keys in the car so that he could pick the car up later that night. They did not do that. He left the car parked in front of the garage and went back the next day. They charged him $400.00 to replace two brake pads and for some reason had hammered a dent out of the front bumper. \r \r He had been a previous customer at this location and had never experienced problems before.
