We helped a family friend drop his car off at this location. He had scheduled an early morning appointment and had arranged to drop his keys off in a lock box so they could work on the car without him being there. He also gave them his credit card information over the phone.\r

Around 3:00 PM the next day, he called to see if his car was done. They stated that he had been a no-show for his appointment. He asked if he needed to call the police about a stolen car. They "found" the car in the parking lot and immediately started working on it.\r

He requested that they leave the receipt and keys in the car so that he could pick the car up later that night. They did not do that. He left the car parked in front of the garage and went back the next day. They charged him $400.00 to replace two brake pads and for some reason had hammered a dent out of the front bumper. \r
