Les Schwab

I normally wouldn't be compelled to write a review on a tire place, but everything about Les Schwab was so amazing I have to give credit where credit is due. First of all, there's fresh popcorn and hot chocolate for customers in the waiting room.. they almost make it enticing for you to linger while your car is worked on. My brakes had a slight squeaking, so the guy helping me took my car for a test drive and did some minimal realignment FOR FREE! Such a change from car places that take you for all you have... I also must add that as soon as I pulled up to the parking lot an employee ran out to my car to see what I needed... customer service at its finest. Les Schwab is the best!!! Pros: Service! If you want to go somewhere that believes in customers first, this is the place to be. I was getting an oil change down in Sunnyvale and at 5:30p they told me they found a nail in my tire. Toyota said that I would need to replace one of my wonderful Les Schwab tires, which I bought in Oregon two years ago. So, while I was in the Toyota waiting room, I logged onto Les Schwab's website and found this one in San Carlos. I saw that it closed at 6pm but I still called. I asked them if they were sure if I come up from Sunnyvale, they would still be open to help me. (We are talking 101 at 5:45p on a weeknight!) Pros: Friendly, Above and Beyond Service, Great Priced, Awesom Warrenties Cons: None so far ! more
