If you want to go somewhere that believes in customers first, this is the place to be. I was getting an oil change down in Sunnyvale and at 5:30p they told me they found a nail in my tire. Toyota said that I would need to replace one of my wonderful Les Schwab tires, which I bought in Oregon two years ago. So, while I was in the Toyota waiting room, I logged onto Les Schwab's website and found this one in San Carlos. I saw that it closed at 6pm but I still called. I asked them if they were sure if I come up from Sunnyvale, they would still be open to help me. (We are talking 101 at 5:45p on a weeknight!)
