I went to them to have my tire repaired (it had a small hole in it). They fixed it pretty quick and did't over charge or anything. I didn't think to check my car over before leaving the parking lot... huge mistake. When I got to my next destination (which happened to be in Federal Way), I looked back at my car and saw a large dent right above the tire they had fixed. There was long scratch mark too. I called them up and told them about it- making sure to be friendly to them, because accidents happen and I wasn't terribly upset. They told me to come back in and file an insurance claim. They took pictures and so did I. It took three weeks for their insurance lady to send me a letter saying they were denying my claim. They thought I took too long to get back to them (it was the same day and when I got to my next destination!). I called her up and talked to her. Once again making sure to be polite, but I should've been rude, because she gave me the worst attitude ever! She said that the w
