some of the people are nice, but some are not. Slow service. The two worst things: 1) Price. Even with coupons the cost was $350 for eyeglasses with nothing particularly special. 2) Bad quality. My lens got scratched almost immediately. It took me a month to get back in there but I explained it had happened right away and I didn't understand since I was sure I had paid for protective sealant of some kind. They wouldn't help me! Said I'd have to pay another $200 for the replacement lens. I am actually rough on glasses so I took the blame, but now looking at other reviews and thinking about how they were supposed to have some kind of scratch resistance, I'm mad all over again. more

i was in a jam and needed to get some contacts while out of town on business.....so i went here because it was close to where i was staying. I sat in an empty waiting room with 2 5 yearold boys for over 90 minutes before i saw a Dr for a 10 minute exam and got my new conacts....over $120 later.... that was in august. today i called to obtain a copy of the perscription as i misplaced the old copy. THEY HAVE NO RECORD. Pros: no Cons: parking, waiting, price, got to del amo mall instead more

Very poor quality work. They inserted my lenses in wrong twice. They were just shoved in the frames, not aligned or anything, two times! Also, I am reasonably sure I did not receive the coatings I paid for. Lenses only lasted 2 months! The A/R coat peeled off and there were several spontaneous fissures in the lens. They refused to replace the totally defective lenses. Trust me, I took extremely good care of those glasses, I paid a fortune for them with all the special coatings . I have worn glasses all my life and I am well aware of how to care for all coatings and lenses. I have never had these problems anywhere else. In fact, my old pair (10+ Yrs.} are still doing great, just wanted a different look. I noticed a few other customers complaining about service here as well. Stay clear of this particular place unless you are super rich ,enjoy getting ripped off and don't really need to see.Oh, they did offer to replace my lenses for half price, though. How sweet. more
