Review content:
some of the people are nice, but some are not. Slow service. The two worst things: 1) Price. Even with coupons the cost was $350 for eyeglasses with nothing particularly special. 2) Bad quality. My lens got scratched almost immediately. It took me a month to get back in there but I explained it had happened right away and I didn't understand since I was sure I had paid for protective sealant of some kind. They wouldn't help me! Said I'd have to pay another $200 for the replacement lens. I am actually rough on glasses so I took the blame, but now looking at other reviews and thinking about how they were supposed to have some kind of scratch resistance, I'm mad all over again.
