FANTASTIC SERVICE AND ARRANGMENT 4/7/2012

I recently had the sad occasion to order flowers for a funeral. Distraught, the folks at Lenox Village were so compassionate and helpful. The Owner and designer made made a sad situation very easy for me, they even provided bouteneers for the pall bearers at no additional charge. Talk about a small business that goes above and beyond! I now use them for all of my floral needs...and to the unsatisfied customers...give them a second chance, they deserve it and you won't be dissapointed! Pros: null Cons: null more

Goodness grief! From the moment the man (who refused to give me his name or transfer me to someone else) answered the phone, his disposition was HORRIBLE! I even asked him if his morning was going okay because it was very challenging to speak to him - And that's when we went down hill. The crux of the story is that he ended up YELLING at me and telling ME that HE was doing ME a favor (as if I couldn't just cancel the order and move elsewhere), and subsequently hung up on me and that has led me here. more

An absolute rip off!!! 7/14/2011

I recently ordered an arrangement for a funeral. The photo of the item that I ordered was of a square, glass vase with a white candle surrounded by four flowers and other decorations. I received a round bowel with a pink candle surrounded by two wilted flower heads some grass-like substance with a dried up vine. The round bowl had christmas trees on it!! Thank God this embarrassment didn't arrive to the funeral home. It did not even resemble what I had purchased. It's obvious that this "florist", and I use the term loosely, doesn't care about their business nor their customers. They don't deserve to be in business. Save yourself some money and embarrassment and shop elsewhere. more

Lenox Village Flowers...Simply AMAZING!!! 3/2/2011

I have known Kathy Harriman (owner) for over a year now, and David Batson (manager/designer) for over a year and a half. And during that time, I have visited their place of business on many occasions. I have seen the floral arrangements that are created there and they are simply.....AMAZING! Though the shop is smaller than most, you get your BANG for your Buck there. They continue to crank out some of the most beautiful floral pieces I've ever seen! more

Disappointed. 2/14/2011

My husband ordered Valentine flowers over a week ago as he would be out of town. The flowers arrived late at night...9:00 pm. If the florist can not handle the orders, they shouldn't take them. I think it's assumed that when you order flowers for Valentine's DAY, they'll arrive at a decent time. IF NOT...how about a courtesy call? On top of that, I believe the flowers were overpriced. When my husband saw them today, he said they were not what he ordered. He requested a refund and was denied. We won't use this florist again. more

Rose Shortage 2/14/2011

Wanted to extra nice to my wife for Valentines Day, as I am away in the Middle East working for the USAF. Ordered 18 roses and got 14. I ordered them through FTD and have yet to receive a reply from them. The florist said they would send an additional piece over, but the surprise is history and I wanted to give a large arrangement. Not a semi-large and an add on. more

For the past 10 years, I typically ordered my flowers through FTD. They've never steered me wrong and their florist network always did a good job. Recently, I ordered from FTD two times for my girlfriend's birthday and this weekend's Valentine's Day. I had both orders shipped to her work.
