I recently had the sad occasion to order flowers for a funeral. Distraught, the folks at Lenox Village were so compassionate and helpful. The Owner and designer made made a sad situation very easy for me, they even provided bouteneers for the pall bearers at no additional charge. Talk about a small business that goes above and beyond! I now use them for all of my floral needs...and to the unsatisfied customers...give them a second chance, they deserve it and you won't be dissapointed!
