Leith Service Consultant Eric Baxter is friendly, polite, and helpful in providing service for our RAV4. He always checks our service record, goes over what needs to be done and fully explains any recommended, needed service. It is a pleasure to be greeted by someone who exudes confidence in his job, and is willing to take time to clarify any questions. In particular I appreciate his ability to make me feel like I am his only customer. He represents Leith well, and gives me confidence in the service I am receiving. more

Outstanding Customer Service 11/21/2010

The Service Consultant (John Desmond) was very personable and I felt I could trust his advice. I was also very appreciative of the shuttle service and the fine gentlemen that drove me to and from my office. As I waited for my vehicle to be returned, which really only took about 5 minutes, I had an opportunity to speak to several employee's and they were all very nice and friendly. All the employee appear to have a very good attitude and high morale. This says alot for the management of the dealership!\r \r I am a former customer of another Raleigh Toyota dealership and can truthfully say that I plan to stay with Leith!\r \r more

Excellent Service 11/20/2010

Have purchased couple vehicles over the years from Leith, and typically have done the maintenance at home. With the last vehicle I bought, decided to spend less time working on cars, and started taking our Sienna to Leith Toyota for scheduled services. Have never been let down! I've also broght van in to repair a damanged a/c condensor and as always, vehicle was ready when promised, everybody I encountered was friendly and willing to help. We typically wait for the service, and waiting at dealership is always a pleasant, troublefree experience for me. There is plenty of room in waiting area, TVs, magazines, etc (believe wi-fi is available too) and a little snack bar. The complimentary coffee is nice, and my son really enjoys the popcorn! Bottom line: From making an appointment online, to receiving the e-mail reminders, to having service completed in a timely, friendly, professional and economical way - I highly recommend Leith Toyota Service Dept. Special thanks to Nelson who helped with most recent services, and Eric who has helped with several previous visits. Keep up the great work! more

Excellent Service 11/20/2010

I have been taking my Prius to Leith for the past two years for maintenance. Eric Baxter has provided excellent customer service. He is friendly, communicates all that is needed, keeps on top of the process and gets the car inout quickly. Kudos to Eric and the service team for a job well done! more

Awesome customer service. 11/19/2010

I have been taking my Corolla to Leith for maintenance for the past four years even though I did not buy my Toyota from Leith. John Desmond and the wole customer service crew always impress me. I use the customer service as a way to gauge my future car purchases and it looks like I will be purchasing my future vehicles from Leith. It was time for my rountine maintance on my vehicle. As always I check in and I'm greeted with a warm welcome. Nelson Gaviria assisted me with this visit. He really took pride in making sure that not only myself but my vehicle was taking care of. I had some concerns about my vehicle. Nelson addressed them with a positive and friendly attitude. We are new to Raleigh this summer and needed a tune-up on our Sequoia. John Desmond was our tech. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They got me in-and-out very quickly and there was no ""sticker shock"" for the service. I would very enthusiastically recommend Leith Toyota. more

The service at Leith Toyota is the best I've received anywhere and I will buy only Toyota vehicles from now on because of their service. Julio Mercado was my service advisor and he is always friendly and helpful. Everyone from the guy that drives my vehicle to the lady I pay for the service is always friendly and helpful and they have me in and out in no time. They make me feel like I'm the only customer they have. I have my vehicle serviced every 5000 miles and just had teh 95000 service. Every service I've had was a very pleasant experience. You can't go wrong by taking you vehicle to Leith Toyota for service. more

I have always received great service at Leith Toyota. An owner of Toyotas for 25 yr.\r \r 11/08/10 when I went for my 15k maintenance, Julio Mercado was my svc advisor. He was excellent to work with. He advised I needed an alignment check. Checking the alignment would be free and he would let me know if an adjustment was needed. I was expecting to get a call saying the car definitely needed an adjustment. I could have been taken advantage of and charged for an unnecessary adjustment but Julio was honest and informed me I didn’t need one. He has gained my trust. \r \r \r more

I purchased my Prius from Leith Toyota in 2007; had been a Subaru owner prior to this. I have always received excellent customer service from this dealership. My 65,000 mile service was done by David Price and his team. David was both professional and friendly. His team thoroughly checked my car and performed the service on time as promised. I have confidence in David and the other members of the Leith Toyota Service team, and would recommend them to others. more

due to safety recall I contacted this dealership and was extremely pleased with response and service that I received. Matt Sabin, JoAnn and Bobby were both very helpful and courteous. They answered my questions and went over and beyond to make sure I was happy. When it was time for an oil change I contacted my service team at Leith Toyota. more

I usually shy away from dealerships but heard their oil-change prices were good and decided to try them out - fast service, was a great price, I was happy. Next time my car needed repair work I decided to call and see if they could take my chevy (and do a good job on it since it wasn't a toyota) and they said bring it. I did, and was impressed with the job they did and their professionalism. When our honda needed work last week, we took it in too and had the same great service. I'm very picky about where I spend my money and the service I get in return. They earned it. more

Leith Toyoto??? Don ‘t Waste Your Time! 4/18/2010

When I go car shopping, I enjoy seeing the various models and get an undertsanding of their options and relative prices. I like to test drive the cars and get a feel for them . But then I HATE the sales pitch, the beating around the bushes with the saleman, the ""I'll- see-what-my-manager-can do"" , ""... after evaluating my car for trade-in purposes , the tactic of keeping your keys until they want to give them back to you"", All theses ""things"" I experienced at Leith Toyota. They lied about the value of my car, they lied about the starting prices on a competitive car, they simply BS'd me. Do yourself a favor go anywhere else - see Fred Anderson, Mark Jacobson, anyone, but Leith Toyota on Capital Blvd! Pros: Few and Far between .. car selection wasn't bad. Cons: Leith Toyota Is Why Car Dealers Get a BAD Rap. more
