When I go car shopping, I enjoy seeing the various models and get an undertsanding of their options and relative prices. I like to test drive the cars and get a feel for them . But then I HATE the sales pitch, the beating around the bushes with the saleman, the ""I'll- see-what-my-manager-can do"" , ""... after evaluating my car for trade-in purposes , the tactic of keeping your keys until they want to give them back to you"", All theses ""things"" I experienced at Leith Toyota. They lied about the value of my car, they lied about the starting prices on a competitive car, they simply BS'd me. Do yourself a favor go anywhere else - see Fred Anderson, Mark Jacobson, anyone, but Leith Toyota on Capital Blvd!
Pros: Few and Far between .. car selection wasn't bad.
Cons: Leith Toyota Is Why Car Dealers Get a BAD Rap.
