Two cars in two days! 2/3/2011

We just bought two cars in two days from Leith Toyota, and the primary reason was because we trust the Service Department. We traded in a 13-year-old Sienna and a 14-year-old 4-Runner after years of dependable performance. We applaud Eric Baxter and the mechanics at Leith for keeping our cars healthy all these years, and we look forward to many more years of excellent service for our new Prius and 4-Runner. more

Outstanding Service Experience 1/21/2011

I have been taking my 2002 Toyota Camry to Leith Toyota since I purchased it back in 2003. I'm very satisfied with the service and the customer service I received from Leith for these past 9 years and particularly to date. I just took my car in for service about a week ago and received the usual Outstanding service I'm used to. I can truly say that they have an Outstanding service team (David Price is most often assigned as my service advisor and does an Outstanding job). This has to be a great place to take your car to for service, because I didn't purchase my car from this dealership. It was another dealership in the Raleigh area; however, I am most satisified with servicing my car here. Thanks Leith! more

Has changed my view about dealerships 1/17/2011

My experience over the years with dealerships has been one of dread and of expecting to be charged an exorbitant price over that of many independent garages. Leith Toyota is a breath of fresh air and my past view certainly does not apply to them. They have always been courteous, efficient, and reasonable with their prices. I have no intention of going anywhere else. Many thanks to their personnel. more

A Great Dealership only as Good as its Service Deptartment 1/16/2011

I decided to purchase my Toyota Highlander at Leith last year (2010). I was worried about service after the sell, especially since I live in Fayetteville, NC. John Desmond, my service advisor, has been great. I was running real late for my service appointment because there was an accident on 1-95. I called ahead to let them know I would be 30-40 minutes late and why. John got my car right in for service and I was finished in a timely manner. John also gave me some very good advice about a crack in my Highlander windshield. Thanks John! more

We love Leith and Nelson Gavirira 1/14/2011

My husband and I both take our cars to Leith Toyota for service and have been doing so for 2 years. Both cars are old---each has over 110,000 miles on the odometer, but they are running well thanks to the friendly, professional care that we have received from the service department. Nelson is a fantastic service advisor. He always takes the time to explain in detail why certain services are necessary and how much they cost in language that even I can understand. (I'm not exactly well versed in automotive repair). We highly recommend both Leith and Nelson. Give them a try! more

Leith Toyota is one of the friendlist places to take my car in town and I am always treated with ""white glove service"" whenever I bring in my car. I bought my vehicle at this location and included the maineanance plan. They always do the right thing for the customer, which I highly respect.\r \r In particular, John Desmond is the consummate professional and is a shining gem within your service organization. Whenever I deal with your service center, I will only work with John I always feel that he puts my own well being and safety 1st and foremost. He is one of the best examples of how ""Leith Toyota Gets It Right"". \r \r It is impossible never to have trouble, but I know that the buck stops with John and alwayd taken care of correctly. Excellent Dealership in the Raleigh Area 1/12/2011

This is the best dealership that I have been to since I have been buying cars. The staff is very courteous and friendly both in the Sales department and the Service Department. The dealership was very clean, organized and accomodating to the customer. My daughter really enjoyed the play area for kids and didn't want to leave once my car was ready. I had to promise her that we would be back. I really like the way that Doug Hempfling the Service guy handled my maintenance for my new car and the way the Service area is set-up. This dealership is one that really cares about the customer and it shows. more

Best Car Dealer in Raleigh 1/10/2011

This is one of the most friendly, clean, and accomodating car dealers I have ever been to. Took my daughters car in for repairs and man I could not have been treated better. Efficient friendly service in a comfortable atmosphere. Have a soda, relax in the very nice waiting room. They fixed my car, on warrantee, no charge....and told me to bring it back so I could get an update. I believe in these guys. They know what customer service is all about. more

Leith Toyota 12/31/2010

I have had two consecutive Toyota Corollas, with my newest being a 2006 model. The previous one was built in 1991, and I parted with it in 2006 due to it finally giving out after I put 351K miles on it. For both cars, Kassandra Benson has been there every time I have needed work done, and she has always been very pleasant to work with, and very honest about the work needed, even if I did not want to hear how much it was going to cost. I actually look forward to seeing her smiling face when I arrive for service, or to just pick up a part, where Cindy in the parts department is also very willing and happy to help. I also need to thank Scott Staimpel who is now a tech supervisor, as he did a lot of work to both vehicles before being promoted, which he highly deserves. He is very knowledgeable of Toyota cars, and does a great job. Many thanks to Kassandra, Scott, and Cindy, and I look forward to working with you all for years to come! more

John Desmond is THE BEST 12/30/2010

I have been servicing my Toyota cars and vans at Leith for about 8 years not, and John is by far the best service manager around (although they are all very good at what they do!) I only ask for John these days, and he know me and my cars very well. and he ALWAYS goes above and beyond the call of duty, not to mention he and I always have a great conversation about the Florida Gators! :-) I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Leith to anyone, and especially John - he's THE BEST!!! more

I have bought 3 cars at Leith since moving to NC in 1994 and have had them all serviced routinely at Leith since 2000. One car I bought new at Leith had accumulated over 325,000 miles on it and was still running good when I finally sold it in 2007. The other 2 have about 120,000 miles each. You can trust the service department to do what needs doing and not do unnecessary work, and to keep your car running great. All the service advisers are great, especially John Desmond. more

Excellent Service 12/20/2010

I didn't buy my Camry from Leith but I have gotten it serviced there since it was purchased in 2006. I did have a issue with my car a few years ago with the sunroof and had to make several visits to Leith. The service advisor made sure that I was at the top of his list and happy everytime I came in. I can't say enough about his knowledge and how eager he was to help in any way possible. I later learned that he left Leith so now I have a new service advisor Eric Baxter. Eric has the same attitude because he always makes sure I am happy everytime I bring my car in. I feel very fortunate to have someone I can count on when needed. I also feel very fortunate to have a service team like Leith to take care of my car. more

I have been going to Leith Toyota since I moved to Raleigh\r I always say that customer service is a thing of the past . Leith Toyota has given me the reason to say that I was wrong . The minute you drive up to the service entrance you are greeted by your service advisor ( John Desmond has been my service advisor since I started going to leith ) . John has always been friendly and keeps me up to date on what is going on with my car . He constanly keeps coming back to you with the progress on the service or repair . They make you feel like you are part of the dealership and never make you feel like you are bothering them by asking questions. You can sit back and relax at the lounge which has a large screen T.V. with plenty of room for all the people having there car serviced . You also have a snack bar which is clean and friendly . You have a area you can put your laptop on and phones to call out with . If you dont want to wait for your car you have a shuttle service to bring you back to your house. Leith Toyota - Excellent Service 12/13/2010

I have a 2003 Toyota Avalon. I did not purchase my Avalon from Leith, but Leith has serviced my Avalon for years. Service Consultant Eric Baxter has always been friendly and knowledgeable. He recommends any needed service and does not pressure me to have it done. He doesn't get upset, when I say, let me talk to my husband. Leith Toyota should be proud of having Eric as their consultant. Thanks Eric! more
