Review content:
I have been going to Leith Toyota since I moved to Raleigh\r I always say that customer service is a thing of the past . Leith Toyota has given me the reason to say that I was wrong . The minute you drive up to the service entrance you are greeted by your service advisor ( John Desmond has been my service advisor since I started going to leith ) . John has always been friendly and keeps me up to date on what is going on with my car . He constanly keeps coming back to you with the progress on the service or repair . They make you feel like you are part of the dealership and never make you feel like you are bothering them by asking questions. You can sit back and relax at the lounge which has a large screen T.V. with plenty of room for all the people having there car serviced . You also have a snack bar which is clean and friendly . You have a area you can put your laptop on and phones to call out with . If you dont want to wait for your car you have a shuttle service to bring you back to your house. I know of no other dealership with this much going for it . \r \r Richard Coppola
