Review content:
I have had two consecutive Toyota Corollas, with my newest being a 2006 model. The previous one was built in 1991, and I parted with it in 2006 due to it finally giving out after I put 351K miles on it. For both cars, Kassandra Benson has been there every time I have needed work done, and she has always been very pleasant to work with, and very honest about the work needed, even if I did not want to hear how much it was going to cost. I actually look forward to seeing her smiling face when I arrive for service, or to just pick up a part, where Cindy in the parts department is also very willing and happy to help. I also need to thank Scott Staimpel who is now a tech supervisor, as he did a lot of work to both vehicles before being promoted, which he highly deserves. He is very knowledgeable of Toyota cars, and does a great job. Many thanks to Kassandra, Scott, and Cindy, and I look forward to working with you all for years to come!
