The best car buying experience I have ever had 2/18/2011

Yesterday, on our way to golf, my husband and I stopped by Leith Honda to take a look at their new cars. We knew that we wanted to get a new car in a few months. However, after talking with Nahru Williams, we purchased our new car last night. It was because of Mr. Williams that we made the purchase so quickly. He explained every detail and gave us the reasons why we should purchase now rather than later. He walked us through the process and Nahru was wonderful to work with. His knowlege and respect made this ordeal much less challenging. I was also glad that we was easy to understand and that he was able to explain what we were doing and why. Leith Honda & Salesman, Bobby Mearkle, Incredible Service 2/17/2011

Yesterday I bought a used Honda Accord from Bobby Mearkle at Leith Honda. He's the first salesman I have met who legitimately listened to what I was looking for and didn't try to sell me anything out of my price range. He worked incredible hard to find the right car for me. He kept searching and searching for the right car. He never stopped looking for the right car until I found it. Seriously, if you're looking for a new or used Honda get to Leith and talk to Bobby. You will be happy you did. more

Awesome experience 2/14/2011

I thought I was sure of what I wanted and went to Leith to just look and talk. I met with Nahru Williams and Todd Holmes and began my search. They were both very nice and helpful. Nahru listened to my need to stay within a budget but also to have room for two growing boys. He helped me find a car and then several options in that make. I got a great car that meets all my needs at a fantastic price- much better price than other places I had visited. It was all quick and easy- even the financing! I highly recommend visiting Nahru at Leith. more

I knew exactly what car I wanted and compared all of the local dealerships. Leith Honda had the best price, and Brendan Matthews (internet) and Kutay Ozgenc (sales) were both great to work with. The entire experience exceeded my expectations - I got my car at a great price and the car buying process was very quick and easy!\r more

New car buying made so easy!! Loved it 2/11/2011

I've serviced by cars at Leith, bought a used car, and now I have a new 2011 CRV. I wasn't sure what model I wanted to trade my 2003 Accord in for today, but Frank Malfara took me around, helped me find just the right car and trim, and I couldn't be happier. I LOVE my CRV. Can I say that enough? NOPE! They met my price expectations and made the process easy, not annoying. They beat my bank's financing rate. My bank was not happy but I am! I am a USAA customer, so when I called them to add the new car to the policy they were like WHOA, you didn't take our financing offer! And I said that's right, Frank beat it by 2%!! 1.99% for 60 months. Awesome. So buying was easy, trading my old car in was easy, financing was easy. Before I knew it, I had the keys and was driving around. I'll probably be driving around all night. I highly recommend Leith and Frank. No pressure sales, you get what you want and a great price. I feel great! I would write more but I have to go drive around some more. Too much fun and oh how I love that new car smell!!! THanks Frank, Thanks Leith!! more

Best Honda Dealership Ever 2/10/2011

This was possibly the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. I had visted quite a few dealerships recently looking for a car that was the right fit for me. I ran into a lot of ""pushy"" salesmen, that really didn't listen to what I wanted and kept suggesting vehicles that I had no interest in. After visit Bobby Mearkle at the Leith Honda on Capital Blvd in Raleigh, I can now say I will never go to another dealership again. Bobby took the time to listen to what I had to say and worked with me every step of the way and he kept me involved in the sales process. I think I got a great car at a very fair price. Leith Honda not only offers the best of both worlds in that aspect, but the staff there is also very friendly, and approchable. I would definitely recommend Bobby and the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. more

Amazing customer service! 2/10/2011

I could not be happier with my experience at Leith Honda and especially with Nahru Williams. From the moment I called into the dealership, everything has run smoothly, quickly and efficiently. Wayne was my initial contact and he was very friendly and quick to give me numbers and inventory, which were aggressive and in line with what we had expected. Upon meeting Nahru, I was instantly at ease and he treated me with respect and honesty. The deal ran like a well-oiled machine and all of the negotiations were quick and thorough. They found the vehicle I wanted within the first day, after another dealership couldn't find the same one for more than a month. Nahru respected my time and my husband's and had everything organized and complete so that our time was not spent waiting around for them to finish their work. I have never had such a good experience at a dealership and I will definitely recommend both Nahru and Leith Honda. more

I visited Leith Honda on Tuesday, February 1st and had previously spoke with Bobby Mearkle regarding a 2008 Honda CRV, me and the CRV were not meant to be, and I'm glad it did not work out. Bobby mentioned a 2008 KIA that had just arrived and he called me the next day. I went out to take a look at the KIA and it was just what I had been looking for, and in my price range. Bobby had taken the time to listen to what I wanted in my next vehicle purchase, and it paid off. Thank you Bobby, I'll be back to Leith in the future to purchase again. more

I really enjoyed my time at Leith Honda. My sales person Bobby Mearkle is largely responsible for this, he has a wonderful ability to adapt his personality to his customers style & make a person feel at home & appreciated. I want a good deal but I want to enjoy my experience at the same time. I truly feel that I got the best of both at Leith Honda! \r \r I love the 2008 Saturn Vue that I purchased. Best Car Buying experience ever 2/4/2011

I recently had to help my parents buy a new car. Buying a car, especially a new car has always been a exhausting and stressful experience... That is until now.. Nahru Williams was our salesman at Leith Honda. He made the experience as smooth and stress free as it could have been. There was no pressure to buy ... he explained all of their options.... and followed up with them to make sure all was ok.. I really believe he treated them as well as he would have treated his own mom and dad ! If I have any need to purchase a honda in the future.. Best Dealership in Triangle Area 2/4/2011

Having a good experience at a car dealership is rare; but I just bought a new 2011 Honda CR-V from Leith Honda and I am thrilled with the outcome from all aspects. My salesman was Nahru and he was very knowledgeable, and patient with me while I looked and drove different vehicles to make sure I got best one for me. He knew their inventory, knew what features were on each vehicle and took time to explain everything to me to my satisfaction. I was greeted by all the sales people and staff at the dealership and felt like part of their family. I would recommend them and Nahru to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Best value for the money 2/3/2011

I just got a new 2011 Honda Insight, got a great deal with $1000 off the price AND 0.9%APR for 60 months. The buying experience was very good, the salesman (""Ty"") was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to locate and deliver a car with precise color and specs the next morning (there were only 2 insights in stock). Definitely would come back in the future. more

Best dealership in triangle 1/24/2011

we went to about four dealership in the area looking for an odyssey , non of them seems to be as great as leith honda in raleigh. from the first welcome words from a professional sales man Rahim Farhane we felt like this is where we should be at from the begening of our car shoping. the salesman took the extra mile to explain the car and its features and made the transaction as smood as it can be. we drove in our new car the same day and from now on leith honda and Rahim will be in our mind for any tronsportation needs fro us and family and friends. Are You Kidding Me? 1/8/2011

If I could give these knuckleheads 1/2 star I would. Went Jan. 8 to look at and test drive a Crosstour and a CRZ. This little ""salesman"" Mickel (rhymes with nickel) who greeted my wife and me knew less about the cars than I knew from 15 minutes on the Honda web site. He obviously hadn't even watched the videos outlining the basics of each car. His little indoor beanie cap was a less-than-endearing touch considering he left us out in the windy 30 degree weather while he disappeared to go find a key to get into a car. Once we tracked him down back inside he said ""the key box is locked."" No further explanation. We asked if we could test drive anything. He blurted ""probably not since the key box is locked."" It was clear that his attitude change when we told him that we wouldn't buy for about a year. That is probably why little Mickel (worth about a nickel) said he only sold three cars in the last month... We spent $30,000 at Southern States Mazda later the same day... more

Friendly Service! 11/24/2010

I went to Leith for an oil change. My car is a used Dodge but Leith treated me as a honda customer. They did not have the correct oil filter on site so the techician went down to the Leith Dodge dealership to get one. He was back in 15 minutes! Everyone was very friendly and I was greeted as soon as I pulled up into the service area. more
