Service with a Smile... ALWAYS! 5/17/2011

I have been taking my Honda to the Leith Honda dealership now for a year and have never been let down! The service writers have been helpful, my car has been returned to me in a timely fashion and I have had a positive experience with the entire staff at Leith Honda. I work close to multiple other dealerships but refuse to take my business elsewhere as I feel comfortable that my usual service writer, Ken Hunter, will get the job done.. and with a smile! It is such a relief to know that my car is always in good hands! I would recommend Leith Honda to anyone! more

Great Experience (Again) 5/16/2011

I just bought my second vehicle from Leith Honda and my salesman, Ron Rossbach was wonderful to work with. He stayed until after 10 p.m. on a Saturday night to get me into the vehicle I wanted at the payments I needed. All through the process he was open and up front. I was able to see all the communications between the finance department and him and he was more than willing to run multiple ""what if"" scenarios so I could see the different financing and leasing options. There were no ""back room"" secrets. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to get a new car to look into a Honda and, if you do, you definitely want to go to Leith Honda and see Ron! more

Best car buying experience ever!!!!! 5/16/2011

Blake was an outstanding salesman! I did not feel pressured at all. He knew everything about the vehicle that we were interested in and he even set the radio station in the vehicle we bought to a station that we had brought up in conversation. I was very impressed at how willing they were to work with me on getting the payments into the range I was looking for as well as getting me top dollar for my trade. I would highly recommend anybody looking for a great deal on a new or used Honda to visit Leith Honda and ask for Blake. We love our new car and we could not be happier! more

As the saying goes....the difference between men and boys is the price of their toys! I've bought several new cars in my ""adulthood""....two of which were purchased from Leith Honda. My most recent purchase was a 2011 Honda Fit. Frank Malfara was my ""sales consultant""...and I must say...of all the purchases I have made so far....this one was the best. I truly felt like a customer, and that Frank was there to help me get a fair price for my new Fit AND my trade. If you are looking for a new Honda....Leith Honda and Frank Malfara are the way to go. -P. Myers more

I just purchased a new Honda from Leith Honda. My salesman Nahru Williams made my car buying experience stress free. He was very helpful and strait forward. I didn't have to worry about the back and forth stuff and he got me a great deal! If you need a new or used car go see Nahru, he is the best! more

Pleasant and Professional 5/9/2011

I just purchased a new Honda minivan from Steve Soppa at Leith Honda. I had not met him before, but I will definitely ask for him again next time I buy. Most importantly, I showed him the lowest internet price I could find and he beat it. There were no games, no long waits, just a sincere desire to get us the best deal. He was honest, patient, knowledgeable and attentive. He stayed late to make sure everything was in order and I never felt rushed. It was a very positive experience. I'll continue to use Leith for all our Honda maintenance as well. more

I have been continually impressed by the Honda dealership since driving their products for the last 8 years. With the purchase of my new car, this appreication and respect for the company and its employees has only grown. In working with Paul Harris in Raleigh, NC, I recieved great customer service from the moment I arrived through the completion of the transaction. He not only made me feel knowledgable and comfortable with the product i was considering, but guided me through the process with the goal of finding the right fit. After visiting 4 dealerships, I was discouraged. Jeff Johnson met me outside Leith Honda and went the extra mile to fine me a car that would work for me. I felt that he was honest and negotiated with integrity. If he wasn't honest, he sure gave an amazing performance. Leith Honda... 1st Rate !! 5/1/2011

Leith Honda is NOT your typical car dealer. We were treated like educated consumers and never encountered any of the ""games"" that typically happen once price becomes the focus of the conversation. We we're given a best can do price up front which beat any local Honda dealer. There was no haggling on price at all! We were given a trade in value that was better than CarMax. Salesman Frank Malfara was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and handled our complete transaction from initial test drive to driving away in our new Honda in approximately 2 hours! This is our 3rd Leith Honda and our 5th car from Leith! more

Marvin made it work!! 4/22/2011

Today was our fourth Honda purchase from Leith Honda. Since our previous salesperson was no longer in sales he recommended Marvin Camper. Marvin was very personable, easy going and not pushy!! We told him we wanted to purchase a certifed Accord rather than a new car and we received the same level of attention. Marvin was very knowledgeble about how the Accord compared to other cars in its class and all the features on the Accord. Great way to spend a rainy Friday afternoon!!! We purchased our Accord and we will be back when its time for another car....hope Marvin is still there! more

Great buying experience because of Steve Soppa! 4/21/2011

We recently bought a new Honda Odyssey from Leith Honda, more directly from Steve Soppa. I would not have bought from Leith if not for Steve. We actually paid a couple hundred dollars more because we wanted to deal with Steve personally. He was sincere and trustworthy and he made the whole process as quick and easy as possible, while also we did get a very good price from Leith. I can't say enough about what a pleasant experience Steve made for us. more

This was my first time ever buying a brand new car and Nahru guided me through the entire process with ease. I recently bought a new Accord and Leith Honda, and my salesman Frank Malfara was great. He knew all the features of the Accord and of the other vehicles I was comparing it too. It was a pleasure working with Frank, no pressure to buy a car. My new car was ready to drive off the lot my the time I was done with the paper work. Fantastic Sales Jeff Maynard 4/4/2011

Jeff met us as we came into the building and led us to the CRV section. I had my heart set on a CRV. He answered all my questions and added more information which helped me decide on the options I wanted. His friendly, easy going approach helped me relax. Purchasing a car is a big deal for me. I've owned 2 Accords since 1984 so I don't buy a car very often. Jeff walked me thru the paperwork, the decision on options and then the price. The whole team was very helpful in easing my stress about buying a new car. I love my CRV more

Leith Honda is the best!! 4/2/2011

We had a great experience with Leith Honda. We got a great quote online and already had the numbers worked out before I got to the store. So, no going back and forth when we were at the dealership. We had the best sales person ever, (Marvin Camper). He was very low pressure and really knew the inventory and features to the Civic that we bought. I have to say it was the best car buying experience we have ever had! I highly recommend Leith Honda and Marvin Camper. I know that we will be back to buy cars in the future. more

Leith Honda Service 3/30/2011

My Honda Pilot developed a problem called Phantom Wipers - the wipers would just come on and stop on their own. The service staff at Leith diligently pursued the problem until they were able to STOP the wipers - yea! Everyone I talked to was very nice and accomodating. more
