Great Experience at Leith 7/26/2011

We had a great experience at Leith Honda working with John Ellis. We visited several dealerships in the area and this was by far the best customer service we received. John was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He made us feel comfortable right away and worked really hard to meet our needs. He was patient and friendly and displayed a good sense of humor. We are very happy with the Honda Odyssey we purchased from Leith. We highly recommend John Ellis to anyone interested in a Honda. more

They'e Only After Your Money 7/24/2011

This dealer will under value your trade-in considerably. They quoted me $3000 under NADA average trade-in value. For the new car, they quote you a price and latter add on $398 documentary fee and $275 user fees (whatever these mean). They should just quoe you a price that includes both of these. These are indeed questionable sales practices. Also, they try to sell you considerably over-priced wax protection, fabric protection, extended warranty and anything else they can think of. After I purchased my Accord I didn't even get a courtesy call to see how I liked the vehicle. \r I would stay clear of this dealership. more

Started off Great and Then Went Straight Downhill!! 7/20/2011

I have bought 15 cars in my life and never had an experience like this.\r \r Great Start\r \r We met our sales person, Natalie, on June 30th after closing when we were browsing for a used Odyssey. She explained that they were closed but she was willing to work with us if we were serious about buying. She said they were 3 cars short for the month, so the manager would be willing to work miracles to move a car and we could probably get a Crazy deal. I was serious about buying and after hearing that I figured it would be worth staying and negotiating even though I was a little leery of buying an Odyssey again after problems with a new one I bought in 2000. Seriously, you guys rock! 7/12/2011

The Honda Odyssey is quite possibly one of the most family mini-vans in the country right now. My brother had recently fathered a child soon after marrying his wife. Needless to say, it came to their immediate attention that Nissan's compact ""Versa"" vehicle, while nice on gas economy, may soon prove to be impracticable for their family's needs in the long run. He decided to test drive the brand new 2011 Honda ""Odyssey"" and see what all the fuss was about. I decided to tag along for the ride. We went to a local Honda dealership on capital boulevard for a test drive. We walked away knowing more about the Honda Odyssey then we did our own cars. Our salesman was very out going and made us feel very comfortable. We were given a very positive impression of the dealership as a whole from the get go, and walked away with a very good idea of where we planned on getting our next car. You rock, Leith Honda! more

My wife and I had a great experience with Nahru Williams at Leith Honda. He has a wealth of knowledge about his products and a thoroughly professional customer relations approach to his sales. My wife and I had test-driven some other cars at Leith over the past few months with two other salesmen, but they lacked either the knowledge or follow-through to feel good with pursuing a purchase. With Nehru, we felt all along that we were in experienced, professional hands, and are enjoying the Odyssey we just purchased. There is nothing we felt Nehru neglected to do, and several actions he undertook that were above and beyond. more

Great Service and Price 6/22/2011

Nahru Williams at Leith Honda of Raleigh was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in both his explanation of our options and his follow-through with every detail of the sale from beginning to end. Everyone at Leith Honda including the salesmen, the administrative personnel, the service manager, the financial officer, and the dealership manager were welcoming and pleasant. There was no heavy pressure to purchase add-ons, but the options were available and fully explained. It was clear that Nahru and the rest of the staff wanted, above all, to make it a good enough buying experience for us that we would want to buy another car from them again someday. In this time of seemingly decreasing emphasis on customer service, it is very nice to make a purchase where you are treated as a person and not just another number. I would highly recommend Nahru Williams at Leith Honda. more

I logged on to tell you about the wonderful experience I had in purchasing a car from Marvin Camper at Leith Honda in Raleigh, NC. We drove down from Jamestown late Saturday afternoon from Jamestown, NC, which is about an hour and a half away. Marvin was a pleasure to work with, very friendly and professional. The process was very efficient with their computer system and we were able to work a deal in very little time. They worked with us to get the payments to the level we wanted. I would definitely recommend this dealership and tell all my friends to ask for Marvin Camper. Thanks, Marvin for a great car buying experience. more

I can not thank Leith Honda enough- especially Frank & Russ! \r Frank was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the products I was inquiring about. There was no pressure to make a purchase and they worked with me comparing several different options. When I had questions they were always available & very quick to respond. My husband and I were in town for only the weekend for a wedding. Needless to say we were very busy & on a tight schedule. Frank & Russ worked efficiently to get the paperwork done quickly and smoothly. My husband was able to go to the dealership, complete most of the process and Frank then drove the car & paperwork to the church where I was at to get my portion of the paperwork complete.
