This dealer will under value your trade-in considerably. They quoted me $3000 under NADA average trade-in value. For the new car, they quote you a price and latter add on $398 documentary fee and $275 user fees (whatever these mean). They should just quoe you a price that includes both of these. These are indeed questionable sales practices. Also, they try to sell you considerably over-priced wax protection, fabric protection, extended warranty and anything else they can think of. After I purchased my Accord I didn't even get a courtesy call to see how I liked the vehicle. \r
I would stay clear of this dealership.
