I brought my car into Leif's to get my driver side fixed. I decided to go to Leif's after browsing their website. From the minute I walked in the door, Jenn was there to help. She was very thorough with informing me about the process & I felt very taken care of from the beginning. The Lake Oswego location has a Hertz car rental on site, so I was able to get a rental immediately. It ended up taking about 3 weeks to get my car back. Of which, Leif's took only about a week; the rest was due to insurance delays. Jenn remained in contact with me every few days to update me and keep me filled in. \r

The trouble began when my car rental was submitted to insurance. They stated that only 4days of the 3weeks I had the car would be covered. Their reasoning was that they considered my car as still driveable. Jenn worked tirelessly to get this resolved, and eventually Leif, the owner, took action. Jenn advised me that Leif had been working on this personally & that driving w/out the mirror would be a ticketable offense, and therefore, my car was in fact, NOT driveable. I was ensured that they would not give up and no matter what, I would not pay for this cost. This was done entirely on their volition; neither Jenn nor Leif had a duty to work so hard on my behalf. This is a shining example of true customer service.\r

Eventually, a month later, I became involved & was able to reach the claim handler. She stated to me that ""most people just look over their shoulder anyway,"" and that she personally never used that mirror. I was amazed that an INSURANCE representative would be telling me this. Don't they advocate safe driving? \r

After 2 days of Leif, Jenn & I placing call after call, the insurance company stated that they would, after all, pay for the full rental cost. I know it would have been a much longer road, if I were to succeed at all, without the dedicated help of Leif and Jenn at Leif?s Auto Body. Thank you!\r
