We had a great experience here. Our service advisor was Alan. Apart from being friendly and courteous, he was very thorough, kept us in the loop during the inspection and made recommendations. Nothing was done without our knowledge or approval. We will definitely go back! more

Taken advantage of by Lehman Hyundai 3/14/2014

While on vacation heard noise on my 2010 Sonata. Since out of state looked for Hyundai dealership to diagnose. It took 6 hours and cost me over $400 and the problem not fixed. I raised hell with chief mechanic who acknowledged that noise was probably caused by different issue. Obviously I am out of state and will not go back to that dealership but for most of those 6 hours they tried to hard sell me to purchase a new car instead of getting mine fixed. I own 2 Hyundai's, I will probably own another one. more

$repairs 3/11/2014

had costly repairs done. only minor negative was that the work took longer than anticipated. however, the positives far outway the negatives: 1. quality service advisor>> courteous. excellent communicator on work to be done, extremely honest some of the work to be performed at no charge wince my warranty was expiring in 2 months. 2. car is performing better than it has for quite a while. 3. facility itself is clean 4. courtesy van was available within 5 minutes. more
