had costly repairs done. only minor negative was that the work took longer than anticipated. however, the positives far outway the negatives:
1. quality service advisor>> courteous. excellent communicator on work to be done, extremely honest some of the work to be performed at no charge wince my warranty was expiring in 2 months.
2. car is performing better than it has for quite a while.
3. facility itself is clean
4. courtesy van was available within 5 minutes.
