I have purchased many many many new cars in my time and have never received such POOR service!! This dealership has such a blatant disregard for their customers it is unbelievable!! I purchased my new Edge on 11/26/14, they rushed me out saying that it was the Thanksgiving holiday and they wanted and I quote "to get the hell out of there". I wanted to go ahead and make my purchase on that day because Ford was having a promotion offering a $1,000 Amazon gift card for all purchases made on that date. About a week later my sales person calls me and says that I need to put down a $1,000.00 but my payments will come down. I was in AL on business and he brought the new contract to me to sign and they had changed the amount they gave me on my trade from $7,500 to only $5,500. Several days later I received another message asking me to come by the dealership they had another paper for me to sign and to bring my down payment in cash that they couldn't process it as a credit/debit that t more

Very Upset With Legacy Ford, McDonough 12/1/2011

I do not even want to put a star on here. I bought a van from Legacy Ford in October, 2010. The buying experience was excellent. I have no qualms with the date of my purchase. What I am very unhappy about is that I only had the van less than two weeks and I had to have all the spark plugs replaced. It cost over $300 that I did not have. The next thing that went probably 2 months later was that I could no longer roll down the driver's window. I have not had it fixed as of yet because I don't have the money. So, I went all summer without being able to roll the window down. Now a little over a year and I went to open the trunk of the van and low and behold the handle fell off. Not to mention that I have had to replace all four tires 2 times already. Now as of yesterday, a new battery had to put in. I have never had this kind of problems with a car before. I will not be going back to Legacy Ford of McDonough and I will not refer anybody to them. The van is falling apart. more

horrible service with Legacy Ford 2/25/2011

Purchased Mustang GT with service plan from Legacy Ford, brought car in for service, car returned to me with 4 broken locking lug nuts. Was told they would repair but I had to pay labor!! They broke it and wanted me to pay to repair. Would NEVER recommend anyone doing ANY type of business with Legacy Ford in McDonough. They continue to blame the damage they caused on me! more

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE 10/19/2010

Brought truck in for 30,000 mile service. Legacy Fod put regular oil in instead of the synthetic THEY had been using for 2 years. GM would not own up to his promise of reimbursing me for having to return, to correct.I will not buy another Ford as there service is terrible!! more

Never Again 9/15/2010

I had my 03 Mustang GT towed to Legacy Ford on Sat, Sept 4, 2010 for a no start. I was told I would hear something by Tues. No call. I called them Weds, they told me it needed a PCM and needed the ok to order the part. I approved and was promised a call Thurs. No call. I called Fri and the needed the other set of keys and was promised the car Mon afternoon. Finally after a week (the following Sat) they called me for the 1st time and told me the tech worked on it but didn't finish so it would be Mon. Mon comes, I turn in my rental, go to Ford to find out the tech was not in that day and wouldn't get to it until Weds so they are paying for my rental for 2 days now. Today is day 2. Customer service is terrible, nobody knows what's going on. Never again will I take my car back to them for service. I'll go to a high school auto shop class for repair before I go back to Legacy Ford. Left a bad taste in my mouth on my 2nd visit there. more

Legacy Ford / Hyundai McDonough, GA.\r \r My wife and I had to threaten to sue Legacy Ford and Hyundai in order for them to honor Hyundai's warranty on our 2005 Tucson! The transmission went out and had to be replaced at 68K miles.\r \r We are now having similar issues at 83k miles and are going on waiting 5 hours to tell us what the check engine light and hesitation / stalling is from. This is a simple plug in the check engine light meter to diagnose the problem.\r \r I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. more

Flexed Out !! 1/27/2010

I purchased a new 2009 Flex Limited from Legacy Ford.It has been a headache ever since.After over 6 repairs ,3 tows and a couple of rental cars .I asked the dealersip owner to repurchase the car.They would not.They refused to even provide me with a free extended warranty from the dealership.\r Will sell my Flex.Will never pruchase a car from Legacy Ford again.They didn't even seem to care!!!! more

Legacy Ford is Awesome! 12/4/2009

I purchased my 2003 Ford Mustang from this dealership when it was brand new. They came highly recommended from a very close friend of mine and since I trust her, I went even though they are about 30 minutes from my home. I have continued to have my vehicle serviced by them because their customer service is so excellent! Any of the service reps are great, but I usually deal with Sheldon or Wayne. I have a pleasant experience each time I visit and I would refer anyone to this dealership!!! They prove that great customer service still exists today! more

Outstanding Custome Service - Second To None 5/30/2007

My husband and I have a 2004 Ford Explorer and were experiencing problems with the transmission in FEB 2006. We took the truck to Allan Vigil Ford, in Morrow, Georgia for service while it was still under warranty. The problem started to occur again and we attempted to take it back to be serviced again, but we were no longer under warranty. Allan Vigil offered no assistance with the $400+ fee, as I felt they could've/should've since this was the exact same problem in 14 months (with a 3 year old vehicle). I decided to call LEGACY and after 2-3 minutes of explaining the situation, the service manager was willing to help. He offered to service the truck at a discounted rate and couldn't understand why they (Allan Vigil, Morrow, Ga) was unwilling. To make things sweeter, the truck was ready that same day...just in time for our family Memorial Day weekend trip!Thanks Mr. Wayne Wright!!! more
