I have purchased many many many new cars in my time and have never received such POOR service!! This dealership has such a blatant disregard for their customers it is unbelievable!! I purchased my new Edge on 11/26/14, they rushed me out saying that it was the Thanksgiving holiday and they wanted and I quote "to get the hell out of there". I wanted to go ahead and make my purchase on that day because Ford was having a promotion offering a $1,000 Amazon gift card for all purchases made on that date. About a week later my sales person calls me and says that I need to put down a $1,000.00 but my payments will come down. I was in AL on business and he brought the new contract to me to sign and they had changed the amount they gave me on my trade from $7,500 to only $5,500. Several days later I received another message asking me to come by the dealership they had another paper for me to sign and to bring my down payment in cash that they couldn't process it as a credit/debit that t
