My father is in his senior years. He is starting to have health problems so we hired Brian to put a room onto our house so if he can't live independently, he can move in with us. We also used brian to put in a ramp with bars outside our house and take out two steps and replace it with a ramp with handlebars. His work was spotless and he also helped us add features which could help my dad navigate around our house more easily without feeling cut off from the rest of us. Brian helped us pick out flooring that wouldn't scratch with a walker or wheelchair and he just knew all of the things that could really provide my dad with safe and nice living features when he needs it. We expected that we'd be charged for the extensive guidance and research Brian had to do for us to bring the project to completion but when we got our bill, he didn't charge us for any of the support services we used him for. Both my husband and I were shocked by the end bill because we expected it to be much higher. We asked Brian about it and he said with projects like that, he considers it as part of the services he provides. You don't see that in businesses today. We were very thankful for the wonderful space he created and for all of the help!
