When we arrived for our 8:15 reservation, we were rudely informed that because we were late, our table was given away. My cell phone (automatically set) showed 8:17, but the stewardess proceeded to argue with me about the time.
After we were seated, I tried to order a glass of Cabernet, but they were out. No luck with Merlot or Pinot Noir either. The waitress, who was very polite, said they were in the process of changing their entire wine list, so had to sell out what was left.
The food was nothing great either. On the positive side, while it's not cheap, it's by no means as expensive as you'd think a French restaurant in Santana Row might be. I think the place mostly capitalizes on location. But if you're in search of a moderately priced eat in Santana Row and don't mind poor service, this may be it.
Cons: Service, Food
