Purchasing process was smooth. But, we also bought a window tinting and all weather package. Scheduled an appointment to get parts installed and from then on it has been a nightma...

From the moment I walked in I was impressed. They made my first car buying experience more than painless, but pleasant. They really went the extra mile to get me what I wanted and made me feel important. The facilities are comfortable and clean, and everyone was friendly. Jim Bethel called to thank me for purchasing my Honda. On the scale questions I give them all a 5 as I was very pleased with the entire process of my purchase. At this time my car is free from any mechanical problems. Jim did an excellent job of explaining all the features of the car like blue tooth and helping to set all of it up for me! I was writing a review on an outstanding salesman, Dennis Bodenhamer, when I noticed the low service rankings and had to reply. We have had nothing but exceptional service with Honda on Colbern Road. From the courtesy of the service staff to the work performed, I would recommend them highly. Yes, cost may be a little high with Honda, but we feel we get our monies worth with the exceptional service and feel confident when we drive out the lot that we were in good hands. more

It was really the first time I have had to deal with having any maintenance done on my car, and I wasn't really sure what to expect. The staff there were very accommodating and very friendly. I don't know much at all about cars and they were able to break things down for me, so I could better understand the problem. more

James has called to thank me, and the service department has already called to set up an appointment to complete the finishes on the interior and exterior of my car. Every category gets the highest score of 5, or 'yes' as the case may be, but I would double or triple James's score to a 10 or 15. He is courteous, personable, and patient without talking down to me. I also appreciated the finance man's manner and professionalism. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you for a very positive experience. more

Just want to make note that I LOVE Lee Summit Honda!! I was put through in less than 30 minutes for an oil change! Only cost me 31 bucks and they didn't try to push me to buy anything or pressure me to fix something on my car that I didn't come for! Just plain and simple and kind! Kindness is the most powerful tool in business! Thank you! I may even blog about the experience! I usually review restaurants but you may see yourselves on there next time! more
