Bait & Switch 6/8/2010

Yesterday I called this store to get their hours and also to find out if they can stretch my new shoes wider. The owner's son assured me they do and said the charge will be $5 to $6. Today, when I arrived at the store, the owner informed me the charge was going to be $10, about double the price I was quoted. Even when I told the owner his son quoted me a different price on the phone, the owner would not honor that quote and insisted on the $10 price. Since I don't appreciate businesses who operate in such manner, I took my business elsewhere. more

great shoe repair shop 9/29/2005

This is the second shoe repair shop I have been to in the San Diego area and it's hard for me to pick one over the other. Lee's Shoe and boot repair has excellent service and the staff is very friendly and professional. The turnaround time is pretty quick since they do their own work. I go through shoes like crazy and so I really appreciate a good shoe repair shop, and this place definitely qualifies. Their prices are very competitive with other places I've been to and their workmanship is superb. I enthusiastically recommend Lee's for great service, value, and quality of work. more

Lee's Shoe Store 8/5/2005

Luckily i shop in the same shopping center that Lee's store is located or I would have never found it. What a find! This place caters to your every need and they offer toip notch service! My shoes were fixed up in no time. My friends can tell you that I usually beat up my shoes pretty badly but the employees at Lee's really knew what they were doing and helped me out right away. I cannot thank them enough. I greatly support them! more

good shoe repair 7/29/2005

This shoe repair has been fixing our families shoes since I was a kid. They do good work at a fair price and are very reliable. They fix all kind of problems. My mom has taken her luggage there to be fixed and has been pleased with their work. more
