Yesterday I called this store to get their hours and also to find out if they can stretch my new shoes wider. The owner's son assured me they do and said the charge will be $5 to $6.
Today, when I arrived at the store, the owner informed me the charge was going to be $10, about double the price I was quoted. Even when I told the owner his son quoted me a different price on the phone, the owner would not honor that quote and insisted on the $10 price. Since I don't appreciate businesses who operate in such manner, I took my business elsewhere.
