Had a problem with air con blower. Given option of universal and OEM where universal is cheaper so made that choice. He returned to repair and unable to make it work charge me the OEM for the same price and also replace a part not previously estimated at no charge. also explained thoroughly other options that included maintenance at a better deal on the bundle package.
