Another excellent visit 11/20/2014

As always, bringing my car (a 2002 Toyota Camry) into Lee Rollins Firestone was a great experience. I told them about a few things that might be wrong, they gave me honest feedback and advice about what to do for my car, and everything turned out as expected. A+ for these guys! more

i needed an oil change so I came to the place I know best. I also had a noise in my car that was loud and I could hear the road. Vinny had a tech come in the car to help identify the problem rather than just assume what it is. They did a great job on my car and I will return again. more

I have been taking my Lexus here for over three years, and I am ALWAYS satisfied with the excellent service I receive. I always feel the pricing is fair, and the service can't be beat. They even offer shuttle service to the office while my car is being serviced. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and the value they provide. I have never been an unhappy customer. more

I scheduled to have 4 tires replaced and they had me in and out as scheduled. Can't beat the prices. Recommend them to anyone in the San Diego area. more

Whenever my car needs repair, I know I can bring it in to Lee Rollins Firestone and they will diagnose the problem and give me a fair price for the repair. And, they never add items to be fixed that don't need to be. They are a very trustworthy business. more

Checked for over heating 9/27/2014

I had ran over something on the freeway an damaged my car thought it was the water hose that made my car start over heating. Found out a few days later it was more serious. I had to report it to my insurance company & it was too much damage to the engine so they filed a total lost. I am very sad that my car will no longer be fix by you guys & that I am without a car. You guys are great and I will be back. Thank you. more

Loyalty and Trust 9/24/2014

I have been going to Lee Rollins for almost 20 years and there's a reason why I stayed loyal to them. I can always trust that they will take care of my car. They are also not one of those shops where they try to sell you everything or make you replace something that you don't need. Everyone that works there are always nice and friendly as well. more

Great all around service 9/19/2014

I needed tires, brakes and alignment work. They gave me an informative quote, called with update on progress and the final price was almost identical to the quote. I can't say enough about the customer service. I spoke to 3 different people between the day to schedule appointment and the day of service. All 3 provided me with the same level of excellent customer service. So good I recommend to a friend and he had the same experience even with a lower cost of repairs. more
