The plumber was there to find out the situation of water leak in the bathroom. I was told that a new faucet must be placed and toilet needs to be fixed. However, i asked him about the mold condition and he did not answer me truly. The fact was a week later, the tenant called for the unsolved mold issue getting extensively spread around the whole house. I then have to ask contractor to remove the faucet to fix the mold issue. I basically paid twice for the installation of faucet !!! do you think it makes sense???
RESPONSE FROM LeadingEdge Plumbing & Rooter., Inc.:
Hello Ms. Yang,
My name is JC and I am the owner here at LeadingEdge Plumbing & Rooter., Inc. I was also the service technician that provided service to your rental property. My goal here at LeadingEdge Plumbing & Rooter., Inc. is to provide excellent costumer service at an affordable price, most importantly with honesty. Due to the circumstances that this was your rental property, I took a video showing you the plumbing issue and then forwarded it to you followed by a phone call to explain the situation. The lavatory faucet was leaking and it could not be fixed because the body was cracked. We also noticed the toilet leaking which we fixed at cost as a courtesy. I explained to you that we only work on plumbing and not water damage which you and i knew was present at time of arrival. I also told you that if you wanted to fix the cabinet, you will have to call a carpenter.
Unfortunately we specialize in plumbing services, not general construction. I believe we provided excellent service in a timely matter for a reasonable price. Unfortunately we do not have control of what other contractors do to fix other issues with your property.
You still have warranty on the faucet we installed. If you have any issues with the faucet, feel free to call us and we will be there if you need us.
