When we came home from work to completely backed up plumbing we called Leading Edge due to their great online reviews. I knew from the moment I called and spoke with the girl on the phone that they cared greatly about customer service and she immediately called back to confirm that JC would be there within the hour. JC showed up and worked his hardest to clear the backup so that we could use our toilets and showers (he worked until nearly 10pm) and as it turns out our 50 year old house was not adequately set up to handle a backup like this. JC was able to temporarily clear the blockage that night and came back with a six-man crew the next day to install a clean-out and to hydro jet the pipes. The crew was efficient, nice, and worked hard to make sure that we would be set for the foreseeable future. JC even guaranteed his work for one year. We would definitely recommend JC and Leading Edge to our family and friends. They were a great find!!
