We were using LeadingEdge Plumbing for a sewer line inspection on a house we were trying to buy. They were running a little behind on our appointment but called and gave us notice. They went straight to work and both workers were quick, efficient, and conscientious. They immediately found the sewer cleanouts, which we had trouble finding ourselves. We were able to watch as the snake went into the sewer even beyond the property lines of the house. The picture was clear and the gentleman working on sending the snake was informative and kept us abreast of what was happening and what he was doing. The areas were clearly marked where cleanout drains needed to be installed and an explanation was to why more were needed. Both guys cleaned up the work area and the whole process was quick and easy. We received the report 2 days after the inspection. The report was well done and video added to show the whole process of the camera inside the sewer. I would highly recommend LeadingEdge Plumbing for any buyers inspections of real estate property and for plumbing needs as well. more

I had a oak tree root problem in two areas before the main sewer line of the city. I made an appointment with LeadingEdge and they came the next day. They used a camera to show me the two areas and what needed to be done. Hydro jetting was recommended and used. Afterwards, the camera showed the line from the clean out was clear of tree roots. Robber from LeadingEdge was personable with explaining everything. Robert used great care in the use of water pressure so the sewer line would not be damaged. I recommend Robert and LeadingEdge highly for any sewer problem you may have. more

My one main issue with LeadingEdge Plumbing & rooter was that they didn't solve my leaking kitchen problem entirely. They did quite a few things, some well, others not so well. The initial reason I called was that my kitchen sink was leaking. They fixed part of the leak, but there was still one behind the wall. So I'll need another plumber to come out and fix that. But they also replaced the 3 toilets, and that work was all very good. They also replaced a water heater and had to do some custom pipework and that turned out really good! They charge full price though, so don't go looking for any bargains. When something is leaking anywhere we tempt to find all problems. Unfortunately the other leak was behind the wall like you mention, we fist fix the leaks that are showing. We do not start opening walls and charge you for something you may not need. Ones the main leak stop it takes time for things to get back to normal. Ones you saw another problem you should of call us we could go take care of it. It is unfortunate that you only gave us 3 stars when we actually did a good job and you related our work with a unforeseen issue. If you need service i can offer you 15% from regular pricing.
