Unprofessional and deceitful 7/15/2011

My home was flooded by the remnants of Tropical Storm Nicole last year and I paid LCI Group LLC a sizable sum of money to begin the restoration of my home......and after six weeks of nothing being started toward the restoration, I requested the return of my money. After many phone calls, a face to face conversation with the manager, and even a letter written by the manager saying that my money would be refunded.... I have yet to receive my money. I filed a civil suit, won the judgement and now LCI Group LLC has file an appeal, and now wants a trial by jury. Unbelieveable!!!. more

If you run into LCI group llc, please get as far away as possible. We lost our home to a fire last year and lci group made our lives a living hell. They lost, destroyed, and even stole a number of items from us. After a dispute with them they held personal items belonging to my 3 year old daughter hostage. The people running this company are not only completely incompetent, but also very very bad people. more
