My home was flooded by the remnants of Tropical Storm Nicole last year and I paid LCI Group LLC a sizable sum of money to begin the restoration of my home......and after six weeks of nothing being started toward the restoration, I requested the return of my money. After many phone calls, a face to face conversation with the manager, and even a letter written by the manager saying that my money would be refunded.... I have yet to receive my money. I filed a civil suit, won the judgement and now LCI Group LLC has file an appeal, and now wants a trial by jury. Unbelieveable!!!.
