Lazer Planet

AWFUL! I called to inquire about their teen lock-in program, but nobody answered the phone. No big deal, I'd call back later. Suddenly the phone rang, and it was lazer planet, I answered but all I could hear was background noise before somebody hung up. I waited 15 minutes called again and nobody answered. 5 minutes later I got another call from them, but he announced, ""this is X with Lazer Planet"". He was rude and curt. I tried to politely explain that while I was still going to give him my business, it was strange to return calls using caller ID. He told me he'd just gotten there (you'll remember I already received one call from them 15 minutes prior). I reiterated that it was off-putting to call people from the caller ID (and not be overly polite at doing so). He told me he didn't need my business and hung up on me.\r \r You couldn't pay me to put my teens in his charge for the night. Stay away from this business! more

You were scary! If you are the owner, you shouldn't tell customers you don't need or want their business because of age. That children beat up your equipment... Hello? You are an arcade and Lazer tag arena! more

I work in customer service and know how hard it is to make customers happy, I was there for my grand daughters 11th birthday over the weekend the place was packed and there was two young ladiies taking care of the parties and they were on top of every thing from drinks to cakes getting the kids into laser tag, cleaning up. I don't know if this is a franchise or privitley owned. but was ran very well, I will used this as a modle for the company I work for. The kids and family had a great time more
