AWFUL! I called to inquire about their teen lock-in program, but nobody answered the phone. No big deal, I'd call back later. Suddenly the phone rang, and it was lazer planet, I answered but all I could hear was background noise before somebody hung up. I waited 15 minutes called again and nobody answered. 5 minutes later I got another call from them, but he announced, ""this is X with Lazer Planet"". He was rude and curt. I tried to politely explain that while I was still going to give him my business, it was strange to return calls using caller ID. He told me he'd just gotten there (you'll remember I already received one call from them 15 minutes prior). I reiterated that it was off-putting to call people from the caller ID (and not be overly polite at doing so). He told me he didn't need my business and hung up on me.\r

You couldn't pay me to put my teens in his charge for the night. Stay away from this business!
